Last week I was invited to Cosatto to see their new Spring / Summer range for 2016. I have to admit I didn’t have much of a clue 5 years ago when Little Z came along and pretty much went with a friends recommendation. Over the years I’ve seen Cosatto is a brand that prides itself on being vivacious and bright in all their styles so this is a range I was really looking forward to seeing.
As expected, their products were a huge burst of colour and their new designs promise to be just as bright and colourful. There are also some brand new exciting releases coming up next year but one that’s currently under wraps. I’ll blog about those when they are officially launched. You can see their full range that’s currently available on the Cosatto website but for a bit of a peek, here’s my favourite ones and some pictures from my morning there….
The New Fly Travel System
This is a brand new travel system and is a 2 in 1 system which can be used with an infant carrier or as a pushchair once your infant is old enough. The multi position recliner means you can adjust it suit your baby as they grow up. It comes in the ever popular fox design and the brightly coloured pixelate. There are numerous very nice touches to this including the colour co-ordinated wheels and friendly fox faces on the pivots. It’s suitable from birth and comes with a footmuff, chest pads, tummy pads and a very comfy seat.
Regular readers will know I am obsessed with a one hand fold and THIS is one hand fold. It folds down to a compact size that would fit into most boots. Anything that shaves minutes off the school runs is key in my book and the extendable hood means it’s perfect in our, more often than not, rainy weather.
The YO2 is an update on the popular Yo pushchair suitable from birth. It has a lightweight chassis carry handle and comes in some new designs, including one gorgeous and very girlie Go-Lightly 2. The
pink bow gives it its quirky Cosatto feel to it and is ideal for those that who want to embrace the whole princess feel for their little girl.
For those that prefer a brighter or funkier pattern, there’s also a Go-Brightly and a Tattoodle. The Tattoodle is an especially unique design this year.
3 made to order prams that aren’t strictly part of the 2016 collection but are too beautiful not to mention. Cosatto have designed 3 limited edition prams that are stunning to both look at and touch.
There will only be 500 made in each design and each one is a timeless piece has been put together with a lot of care and attention. The three designs are known as Kew, Bonbon and Hepburn.
You can read more about the wonder collection and how to pre-order them on the Cosatto website.
Car Seats with 5 point plus anti-escape system
Cosatto’s new car seats now have an extra layer of protection, reducing little people escapes by 90%. This is excellent for those that have kids that aspire to be like Houdini. Their new range also comes
in very gorgeous designs including the very floral Tropico and, the Hustle Bustle and the cuddle. How lovely is this! (Picture shown is the Hubbub range suitable from 9kg to 36kg and comes with free tummy and chest pads).
Lots and lots of highchairs
Cosatto has a number of different highchairs to suit different houses and different needs. There is the 3Sixti highchair that one which provides a 360 degree rotation and 6 different positions, ideal for homes where you’d like it out at all times. It includes an easy-glide under-base-roller to move around. It comes in a few new designs including a happy looking chopsticks and a classy looking milkshake design. It even has a 3 position reclining back seat for anyone that needs a bit of relaxing time after a good lunch.
Lots and lots of new designs
There is a whole collection of new designs in next seasons range and you would be hard pressed to find a style you don’t like. There are also more surprises and launches to come over the next few months so keep an eye out for new launches. Having had a bit of a play with some of the surprises, it’s fair to say lovers of all this Cosatto and new designs won’t be disappointed.
I would highly recommend getting the catalogue and having a good flick through it. I felt a bit like a child with the toy section of the Argos catalogue. I love the fun aspect of these designs and its never something I ever considered with Z. My mindset was “practical and safe”. Fun never came into it. It’s only through seeing their recent range that I’ve realised they do both fun and safe. With Baby E I think we will consider something a lot more vivacious in design rather than the standard blacks and solid colours we’ve always gone for. As the range goes all the way from wacky to completely stylish, I think its fair to say you will definitely find something you like even if you only prefer a toned down design.
If you want to read more about the preview, check out Pippa’s post on it. Pippa blogs at Redrosemummy.com and is a huge lover of prams. Her post covers some of the differences for the last range as well as the ones she loves in this new range.
Thank you to Cosatto for inviting me for a preview of the 2016 spring and summer collection.
The designs are so cheerful! They didn’t have anything like this in my day! Love the fox print and the chopsticks print. It’s great that you’ve found a buggy that can fold with one hand. Win!

I love Cosatto’s designs – we have the All Star Giggle 2 Travel System and think it’s fantastic! I’ve got my eye on the floral design they’ve just bought out…now to convince my husband we need another pushchair! :/

Their highchairs are lovely. I think we might get a waffle when E is old enough for one.

I love the look of the Fly pushchair, especially the fox design! We are on our way out with pushchairs but I still love to see what is new. I think the Cosatto range always look so bright and cheerful it must have been so nice to have a preview and catch up with other NW bloggers 🙂
